About
Life with Corason
Corazon is the dog who showed us just how much depth there can be in an English Springer Spaniel.
Highly intelligent, intensely focused and endlessly willing to work, he became the partner with whom we explored dummy work, tracking and hunting in a much deeper way. Later came mantrailing — another discipline in which his concentration and determination quickly became impossible to miss.
With Corazon, training has never been simply about teaching exercises. It is a constant lesson in communication, timing and understanding the dog in front of you.
He learns quickly, remembers everything and approaches every task with remarkable focus. Sensitive, demanding and deeply connected with his people, he is the kind of dog who makes you work harder, think more carefully and become a better partner.
For us, Corazon will always be one of the dogs who taught us the most — not only about training, but about the complexity, intelligence and individuality of the breed.
